  本系列脱模剂为银白色悬浮液，采用原料复配而成，挥发速度快、效率高、涂膜薄且均匀附着力强，喷刷一一次可重复使用多次。

适用范围

  本系列产品适用于木模、塑料模、金属模等模样和芯盒，适用于水玻璃砂、树脂砂、油砂等砂型(芯)。

  1．使用请充分震荡，摇匀直接使用原液即可。

  2．用溶剂或毛刷将模型(芯盒)上树脂及残渣清理干净。

  3．用喷(刷)的方式将产品均匀涂到模具上，芯盒，表面不要堆积太厚，以防影响砂芯尺寸精度

  4.等涂面干燥后(2分钟左右)即可添砂造型。

注意事项

  1．本产品为工业易燃品，使用时注意防火且远离火源。

  2．当沾上皮肤，应立即用清水冲洗。

  3．属挥发性产品，应存放阴凉通风处，且密封保存。
