  稀土精炼合金是诸多合金元素和多种活化元素复合而成的产品，广泛运用于冶炼行业，具有使用方便改善钢水质量等优点。

主要功效

  1．能去除钢水中的金属杂物和非金属夹杂物(氧化物、硫化物、硫氧化合物、硅酸盐化化合物的有害物)。一般的炼钢工艺是很难去除钢水中的夹杂物，夹杂物去除不掉，铸件上就会出现渣孔、夹渣、裂缝、裂纹等缺陷。

  2．能细化晶粒、增强钢水的流动性。避免了铸件的结瘤、冷隔、缩孔(园角、塌角)的产生，使用后铸件的表面平整光滑。

  3．精炼剂还具有造渣、脱氧、排除钢水中废气(氢气、氧气、氮气)的功能。提高铸钢件的成品率(3—5％)。

使用方法及用量

  1．把本品放入包中，倒入钢水即可。

  2．建议吨钢水用3—5公斤。

Usage and Dosage：

  1．Put the product into the bag and pour in the molten steel．

  2．Recommended ton of molten iron with 3—5kg．
